FAQ

AAI leagues are divided based on age groups.  Players may request to play up a league (older league), but may not play in a younger league. Wherever possible, we recommend that you play in the correct age appropriate league. League age for Tball and Baseball is the age a player will be on 5/1/2007.  For Softball, league age is your age as of 1/1/07.   The AAI leagues for Spring 2007 are as follows:

3 & 4 yr olds: Blast Ball (co-ed)
5 & 6 yr olds: Tball League (co-ed)
7 & 8 yr olds: Pinto Baseball League and Pinto Softball League (coach pitch)
9 & 10 yr olds: Mustang Baseball League and Mustang Softball League (kid pitch)
11 & 12 yr olds: Bronco Baseball League and Bronco Softball League
13 & 14 yr olds: Pony Baseball League and Pony Softball League

All games will be played using the AAI fields located just East of Bankhead Highway and Ranch House Road.  The fields are owned by the Aledo Athletics members and currently include 6 fields: Tball, Pinto baseball, Mustang baseball, Bronco baseball, Pony baseball, and Softball.  The facility also has (2) batting cages, a concession stand, several practice areas and restroom facilities.  For a map to the fields, please see the "Maps" page on this website.
